What rims do this fit?

I obtained some rims that have a 4 bolt pattern and the center spacing between the lugs is about 3 5/8". All my trikes (250Rs/200x) are Honda's and have 3" center spacing. The are mounted on sand tires that are 21x12x8 if this helps.

What hub do these fit? Are their adapters?

I did a little more searching on how to measure and this is a 4 x 130mm riml. Any help appreciated.

4/130 is like 185s, 125m, 110...

If you want to run them, you can get honda hubs from the ones mentioned above and more.
