the gear you can find used pretty cheap if you have some time to be patient. you could make the axle work im sure, but also they can be had very reasonable with some searching.

    hello
thats why im asking if the pieces can be reattached. and i have not seen these parts cheap.just the drive ive seen on ebay for over a hundred. i have more time than money so its easier for me to fix it than shell out over a hundred or more dollars if i can have it fixed.

now inn a ideal situation i would just buy one but i just cant afford it.

The way that axle was boogered up by the PO, I think it was pretty much a lost cause from the start.

Fix it right, hate to have that rear lock up, while your doing 45 mph.

    hello
my bad the axle damage was man made not natural!
it was done with a air chisel they thought that it was part of the bearing. nothing caused this but someone being stupid. and the little piece off the gear was from me removing the bearings my driver got wedged in there.

keep watching ebay if you dont mind not riding, it may take a few months, but one will pop up for cheap. Or bring the gear to a shop, and see what they say.
