    If you think about it in parts and cut the front off, it might be worth the $250, as long as the motor is good. Or just finish the project and have something that nobody in the world has,

    It's a very creative way to create an even more dangerous version of a 3 wheeler. Maybe his parents wouldn't allow him to have a 3 wheeler since they are so dangerous and this was the logical solution...
