    HRRacing Swinger P/V Tri-z TF10 pics

Here's a few pics of the new Jemco Fab pipe i just received. Had this one specially made to accept the "K" cylinder spigot. It is 2.5mm smaller than ytz. So it would have fit sloppy any other way, plus a small pipe mod to give a bit more on the top....... Rotating assy consists of yz crank which only accepts inner rotor non rev-limiting yz ignition. Very sweet setup too, as all components are easily changed separately and quickly. Brand new nos cylinder, cut HR racing head, oem piston kit and all other pieces sourced nos for the complete and correct operation of valve. Crank is gitting sent out to Crankworks next week with a complete oem rod kit for a R&R of rod, true, balance and weld. I'll be using correct 1Rx cases for my 86, but with the much tighter ratio and stronger 84L 5speed trans. Hopefully this combo works well for a snappy and strong performing engine. I plan on starting assy sometime in Jan.

I had Jemco make me a drag pipe for my 85 z a few years ago . I had to bring him my bike and leave it to make and fit the pipe . He does good work and it looked great on the bike .

Just received my freshly cut 84L trans from MRE Enterprises in Florida. This engine is going to be assembled shortly. Pics will follow. Gonna be ready for TF!

Brian, shot peen to relieve stress. Mag for cracks and potential flaws on gears and shafts. Cut forward side of engagement dogs to eliminate the old worn out straight cut factory dogs. You will notice oval shaped dogs and pockets, which are angle cut. Downshift side is left straight. Can't win races when you're blowin' shifts........

Felt the 5speed would be much better for my intended use. But remember, this aint no tri-z trans, this is the close ratio box. Don't like the splits on the tri-z 5gear. The 6speed always makes me uneasy when the power climbs. Besides... who needs 6th in 300ft! Yes! Don't forgit the stuff. I'll git it done.
