Zaca Station MX Track [PICS and VIDEO]

So a couple of friends and I went up to the Zaca Station Motocross track on wed, it was the first time riding a motocross track for both my friend on the yellow 2-smoke and me but our friend Kim does it all the time. It was such a blast! I can't wait to go back and rip up the track again, it was so funny to see the older guys faces when I would clear a double or jump my 350x super high, it was like they couldn't believe a trike could be ridden like that hahaha. My GF also got me some brand new ITP holeshots for x-mas so this was my first time out on them!

So here's the video, I was super tired by the time I started filming so I am not flying but it's still cool to see. The beginning is especially slow but I start jumping more and more later in the video.

Youtube (they took the audio out so just watch the vimeo version): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upXEZw1UVyQ

    Pics:

Ok so all of these taken by my girlfriend and she took LOTS of photos but I am only gonna post some of the 3-wheeler ones so if you wanna see more go here:

    NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't riding on a track the bomb!! I love riding on tracks.

I was about 16 years old when in Southwick Mass they ran 3wheeler classes. What a huge awesome sand track that was! too bad it's no trikes allowed now.......

Your lucky to have that track to play on!! I'd upgrade the front end to the 83/84 damping rods, progressive springs and heavier oil (like 15wt) Thats easy to do youreself...........

The rear shock can be stiffened up and a fresh oil and nitrogen charge work wonders. Supposedly they have a "valve pack" for that shock also along with a progressive rear spring which can mean immensely improved stock suspension. Bill over at .org swore by this suspension setup along with an 850lb spring, you may want to look into it.

Thanks for the post, awesome place, awesome trike!!

inv3ctv3 cool video. Mx tracks are a blast. I would rather hear that 350 motor than music. Got the audio with that motor?

outstanding pics and video man! that camera takes some damn good pics. i would be afraid of cracking that rear fender. ever consider getting a rear set for riding?

I have considered it but I enjoy it with the current fenders, the thing that sucks that after all this hard riding I do a very small crack has developed on the left side between the seat and where the fender flares out.
