Carb settings for 1984 ATC 110

I can't find the carb settings for a 1984 ATC 110. I found one for earlier models but not anything after 1982. Need the Needle setting as well as the mixture screw.

I counted the turns on the mixture screw when I took it out.. It was 3 1/2 turns which I know is way too much but the carb was pretty clogged from old fuel.
