Winterized? Not really much to winterize on an air cooled four stroke. Id start that up and ride it to check everything out. What exactly would you winterize, the fuel and thats about it? I like to put some sea foam in mine, change the oil and filter, clean the air filter and leave it at TDC but tend to do that after about every ride. Lets see some action pics and some larger pics. But it looks like a great find.

Was actually glad to see tank off and drained....will ride soon...still 0 degrees here though and the cave is full. I have faith in seller, plus it is a Honda!! For the deal I got, if it would need motor work I am still far head but I see your point of view, especially in this day and age of scams...... Will get some more pics and video when it warms up. This trike sat in storage for a good while so owner took the time to drain as he knew it would not be ridden. Can't wait... by the way this is #19 I think?? maybe 20?? Building plans are in the works as we speak.........soon, very soon......here are some more pics Header was a little blue which caused a little concern but he stated it was a liitle lean during jetting process...... Normal for these pipes to turn this blue??? Never had shiny chrome one!! Also anyone ever used blue away polish to shine header back up??? Read that actual very rich conditions can cause excess fuel to burn hot in head as well as long idling......appears normal to me from the looks of some others I have found on web pictures.........

    Hey nice Grab.
I can't for the life of me remember doing that seat.

The pipes should have only turned blue up near the head.
I would be a lil worried about how far back they blued. Maybe check your jetting, and go 1 or 2 steps richer than stock on both the pilot and main, and she how it runs.
There is a company in Oregon that makes this stuff called Blue Job.Google it.
It works really well for removeing the bluing from pipes, but if they are heavily blued, it will only work so well,if the chrome is damged.
Here is where my long useless list of stuff nobody cares about should go...

Wow, you got the steal of a deal there buddy. Considering I helped get that thing from chained to a tractor in some guys back yard for 3yrs, weeds growing out of it(looked like a basket case/but turned over and idled on old gas 3 kicks, Honda). I helped restore it to a solid rider usual stuff bearings/carb/axle, susprisingly the motor was in good shape and over all didn't need much. Mosh hooked me up solid for my friend with a complete resto on the seat foam and all. I was shocked when I found out he sold it....then I found out what you paid(what adds up in just goodie parts alone). I hope this bike makes some MX's or an OTC Jamboree this yr, have fun with it. Just know this Crazy, if he'd a called me for a counter offer...it would be in my garage, and considered a small no interest loan pay it back when you can type deal. I would have taken some serious heat from my wife but for Tim, I'd of delt with it. To the unknown reader this 3 wheeler was a complete save from a field by a lover and Hardcore rider of 3 wheelers. He fell on hard times forcing him to give up a dream build Black350X. Sad to see it go, but happy to see it's in promising hands, good buy.

nice to know Tri z......and Tim is a great guy. I even called him after I rode it for the first time and thanked him again. It was as he said.....2 kicks and it rips!!! I knew with the goodies it was a great deal and searched for a long time for one like this. Glad to hear it's history as a saved 350x.....makes me even more proud to go and eat a couple 660's up this year...lol That is one dependable and easy starting x for sure so far. May be running a tad rich but will leave it rich for cold weather for know as it starts effortlessly. Hey atc350xer.......I can feel your pain that the other half may cause now and then......my wife has and is very very accepting and patient of my addiction....uh I mean hobby!! lol But there is no doubt a garage will be built this year....time to surrender the attacthed garage and relocate further from the nest ya know?? She needs a nice parking spot and I need room for 21 3 wheelers....ha ha ha......
