Waiting on the cylinder. Then it will go to the machine shop to get bored. Fenders and tank are in the works.

Are you painting plastic fenders? I did a BC/CC on my fiberglass rear fenders and metal tank but I did not paint my front fender.

Don't forget to bore your engine cases and get some 110 head studs.

Machine shop wouldn't bore the case, so I took a 60 grit flap wheel and a die grinder and opened it up to 57.8 mm. The cylinder and head are at the shop, waiting on them.
