top end torque specs 200x

just like you did here but do it there...lol

If I remeber right the 4 top end nuts get torqued to 20 ft/lbs or newton meters and the 4 little bolts at the corner of the valve cover is like 10-12.

I think the valve clearence was .003 intake and .004 ex
