    ATC110 leaking oil

    ok guys so i got this thing running woo hooo great feeling when sshe lit up after a few pulls now she lights up after second pull great im still trying to get the carb dialed in right but my problem now is that it's leaking oil from where the front engine mount is i had to exange the mount with a mount from a atc90 because im using a nadito frame that i think is for atc90 motor, anyways what did i do wrong ? i tighned it up but now it's leaking oil from there? if the gasket isnt good can i make a new one ? i couldnt find one in ebay thanks for everyone help you guys have been really helpfull if it wasnt for this forum i wouldnt have this 31 yeard old three wheeler running thanks again

    You definately need a new gasket . The acorn not goes on the bottom left. Torque the nuts to 18 ft. lbs. This should fix your oil leak..

    Also there should be copper washers under those nuts.

    Honda was pretty cheap so they usually only gave you 1 copper washer and it goes with the acorn nut . If your looking at the top of the head from the front of the trike it would be the bottom right head bolt .

    you can make a new gasket, i have sheets of gasket material and have made my own lots of times with good results, use a little yamabond with it (any engine gasket sealer) also im pretty sure i have seen full topend gasket kits for atc110s on ebay, might not be able to get the one u need individually but as a kit you could get one. but at my honda dealer alot of gaskets are still avaiable, check there, ya never know.
