This might have been discussed already, and if it is somebody can just point me to the post #. It's going to take me awhile to read through 11 pages.

You said you did a manual clutch conversion? How so? It sparked my interest since I've always wanted a manual clutch on one of my toys.

SL90 is the conversion but you need to read and learn LOL .

I've read your thread and I think I have most of it picked up.

So, to convert a stock ATC110 over you need and SL90 clutch cover, clutch, tranny shaft, and the aftermarket seal?

Not sure what you got DC ? Lots of stock parts ? I can always use em .

I was looking around today and seen that powroll VENTED VALVE CAP for the trx90 ya think the threads are the same and would work on the 110

Pit bikes are smaller like the atc70's . the atc90/110 are a size of their owne .

WOW, thats really nice shortline. One thing i picked up is mine has a complete allen bolt kit installed in the motor. I wonder if there is any internal work done to it.

Also if i put the sl90 main shaft in can i get rid of the high low box without going manual clutch? or if i use the shaft i have to go manual?
