Initial carb setting -- 1984 ATC 110

I'm anticipating to receive the carb kit for my 1984 ATC 110 in the next day or so.

Please let me know the the initial setting for the main and idle screws -- the # of turns.

Idle mixture = 1-1/8 turns

Clip position = 3rd from top

Needle Clip: This is the small circular clip that is used to adjust the needle position.
