klt 200 timeing help please

i have a klt 200 i bought it from a scrap yard for 40$ and i brought it home and it was geting fire but would not run so i checked the timeing marks and they were not right but now i cant get it to run i have tried it several ways and i still can not get it right can some one please help me fix these isues thanks dan
