They make some nice aluminum or brass valves. Give you on/off/res too. If not I usually run a nice stainless steel tee from Petco.

i just piked up a petcock from dratv.com on, off, reserve. so you have 2 lines in and 1 to the carb. anyhow to answer your question no i never seen a single output on a plastic tank for the 70. like eric250r says....you could always plug one side off.
