    ? 1985 ? Atc125m

    Hi guys,

Traded a guy some paintball gear for a 125M...low, LOW compression...tore it apart, top ring disintegrated, scarred head (no valve damage), piston face, and slightly on cylinder wall...guess I'm looking at a new piston, rings, and boring jug...first trike...bleh...

Question: I know it's a Honda, but do most get rid of these, or hang onto them? I know it's not an 86-87 due to engine placement (no drop tubes, only stamped backbone), but not sure if it's a 84-85...Hi/Low range gearbox...I would love to have this to play in the mud with, but I weigh 200#, and normally ride a quad (GASP!!)...LOL...is this gonna be strong enough to really go boggin'? Doesn't seem to be much out there for the 125m...Any opinions? Tech help on the rebuild? Thanks, all!

that little 125 has plenty of power to go mudding on, i burry that thing above the rear rack in the stickiest of the sticky mud on a regular basis, plenty of power for it.
