Uni for the air filter, the trike has a screen no filter, spray the strainer out w brake clean.I run mobil 1 10w40 oil full synthetic.I think it holds 1.8 quarts.Id start at a quart and add a little bit to its to the full mark on the stick. Now thats thinking with your dipstick

Auto zone has it in the oil section, the dipstick is on the right hand side screws into the clutch cover. The oil bolt is the oil strainer cover on the lower left side by the frame rail. That had me stymied too at 1st,then I pulled it off and all the oil drained from there.Unless Im missing something.

Make sure it's for a wet clutch also.

Being that the 200X has such camshaft lubrication issues, I'd get good oil.

For 12 years I've used the cheap stuff, still no smoke.

But now that I have a crate motor with a new Megacycle cam and rockers, SWIGIN has me sold on Valvoline VR1. I give, he is 100% correct about this issue of the new oils having little or no zinc additive. Google it and you'll see.............

less phosporous too = less lubrication and more wear.Id be curious if synthetic oil makes more horsepower on the dyno vs conventional dinosaurs?I know its not gonna give the trike 10 hp but just wondering if and how much if there is any.

Stay away from moly ,the molydum will cause the clutch to slip because it causes the oil to be slipperier, also stay away from anything that says energy conserving.10w40 regular oil would be alright just change it more often maybe every 5-6 rides.
