Mods, How Bout a Regional Section Post?

I was just wondering if anyone considered a Member regional area section for State by State locations? I think it would be a great idea. Members don't have to sign up for it as it would be optional and could view feedback before inviting anyone over. I would like to know who the closest members are to me. It could work well for a few reasons. One is I am not very mechanical but would be willing to barter parts, welding, etc. for mechanical work, I have a decent shop, not huge, but decent and I'm getting ready to convert my new addition that is 99% done, 12x21 section for Three Wheeler work only. Two is we could share riding areas close to us etc. Wondering how everyone else feels about this?

There is a section sort of like this already. It is not all encompassing; as in not all states are included. But there is a section for state based announcments and advertisement for riding areas by state. Its under "Rides, Races, Events, locations"

Thanks Mike, I remember that thread. Actually I was the one who Posted the NY riding area, (only one in NY so far), but I am thinking of something besides riding areas, more like a member location guide although we could share riding areas. I am wondering how many people are near me on the west side of Seneca Lake in NY and I bet others would like to know who are near them. I like how the Canadian Snow Videos came out, there were quite a few in their Videos! It might be a great way to bring local Three Wheeler owners together for meets, swapping, etc. Years ago (before cell phones), we had CB Radio "Coffee Breaks", we would meet at the closest Truckstop etc. buy, sell, and trade with each other. Hope this thread picks up!

Well it takes 5 or more to get charged for inciting a riot in Ky. so surely we can get our own section. I support this idea
