    Hello from Dirty Jersey

    Hey guys....my name is Sal...I'm a 43 year old kid with tools and a dream...lol I just bought a 1985 Honda 250sx....left outside for dead...now I'm tryin' to bring her back from the edge...she has busted up plastics, a waisted rear and is butt ugly, but she runs like a champ (it's a honda!!)...I also came across a 85 Big Red 250es for parts...I have $275 invested in both bikes so far...I'm also checking out a 200s also (this one is in nice shape and ready to ride)...I used to have a 350X back in the day...there are some things you really regret doing....and selling my 350 was one of them...now that I'm older I wan't to build something to just trail ride with...hopefully I will get her together good enough to ride...

    Welcome, I'm originally form NJ. Back in the mid eighties I use to ride at Forked River and all those Pine Barrens down south. Can you still ride there?

    Thanks for the welcome...I'm down in South Jersey in Millville...out of town in the sticks...LOL I'm about an hour from Lindenwold Levi...I've gained much info from the site....nice job...it's nice to talk with like minded people without hearing "ain't them things illegal"...lol I fell into a deal for a 250 Big Red parts trike with a completely rebuilt rear on it....so I'm parting it for the SX, which I literally pulled out of the weeds for 75 bucks...and its runs!!! If anybody needs Big Red parts let me know, I'll see if I have it, I'm looking for some SX parts myself...my home phone is 856-327-1465 and my cell is 856-466-4219 call me anytime!
