Ok guys when I start it it just pisses out gas out the over flow tube. But the float isnt stuck. So im thinking when the gas fills the bowl the float doent stop were it suposed to so its sitting to high

Make sure the float needle isnt damaged and check for debris in the fuel inlet. it has to be an issue with the float

my carb was always giving me trouble so i bought a minuki carb for my 83 atc 200.. $40.00 bucks brand new and hands down the best carb ive ever bought.. doesnt piss gas anymore and idles like its brand new.. minuki is the way to go for these old bikes, trust me.

take a q-tip and tooth paste then lap the seat with it. Also, make sure that the needle itself isn't worn out.
