I asked the same question for my 85' Tecate and these fellas do the required machining and throw in a handfull of Jets I was told:http://www.eddie-sanders-racing.com/...39mm%20pwk.htm. It's also one of the fairest prices I've seen.
    83' 200x (son's). 85' 200 auto-x & 85' 125m (daughters). 84' Tecate(?). 85' KXT Tecate (mine!, mine!, mine!.)+ some others but don't feel like typing them in.

I have one on mine. Big improvement once jetted in and well worth it. Im running the ESR Airstryker carb, FMF fatty pipe and silencer, 1Dir Racing reeds, cage and torque spacer, bored .060 and my jetting settled on a 195 main if that tells you anything. Quite a jump fatter from the stock 142! Runs awesome. Throttle response is terrific. Now I need to get it ported so those mods really shine.

I ran a 39mm PWK on my ported 250 and loved it. You wont regret it. I recommend a thin CR head gasket while your at it.

Im with bkm, I love the PWK's. The 39's are a very popular choice and work MINT.

Ran a 39 on my vforce 3, MX ported, 19cc dome, Duncan Powervalve 265 motor with a +4 hot rods crank and PT high rev pipe under it. Worked awesome.
