big red 200e

Ok. so i gave up really on trying to bring the 84 Suzuki alt125 back to life.
I bought an 83 Honda 200e. Now i have both.
This is my issue.
I drove it home from purchase place, dove the kids around for a bit then parked it for about an hour. Upon trying to start it again (electric or pull) it did not start. It turns over and wants to start but wont go. I have not tried push start yet.
Any rhyme or reason what could have happen in an hour for bike not to start?
Also, can anyone post a manual for 83 200e? Ive been looking but just cant find right one.

Hey, Monroe Mike pulls through for me again. Cheers mate.
Oh and by the way, I figured the problem. Kids flooded the crap out of it pushing the throttle while sitting. Plug was BLACK! Replaced plug, started first go.
