Red face 7/5/'11=1982 200ATC. New to 3wheelerworld. Thnx to site = made experienced purchase

Hello All from Sunny northern California !!!!

Intro and Tech. R&R also Repair assistance needed, Please.

Last year camping north of Mammoth, CA in the eastern sierras, a seed was planted for me to get back up and on a motorcycle again, after seeing all the ATC and ATVs with folks from an early age to folks even older than I am, hahahahah up and riding and enjoying nature aboard 3 and 4 wheel motorcycles. So .........I started looking and researching my purchase of a Honda, (the only MFR. i have chosen since 1969), for my new to me, 3 wheeler or quad!!

This site was a Great help in choosing the model and approximate year i desired to have as my 6th Honda. My 5th Honda was a 2001 Honda Valkyrie Standard model that i purchased brand new in 2002, and sold it in Pristine condition in 2006.

Just purchased My new to me ride, Yesterday 7/5/'11 = 1982 Honda 200 ATC. With oil cooler and trailer hitch, added on by former owner.

Anyway, as far as tech assistance i need help with: (i tried researching posts and did not find anything. Possibly newbee mistake.

    1) R&R of rope for pull rope starter.
    2) Repair cracked plastic rear fenders. (Cracked above and below bolt that secures fender to frame, below seat at front of fender, as well as long crack above where mud flap is secured to plastic fender in left rear area.

Also need a Part or Parts: My 3 wheeler is Missing the front rack. Need the stock standard rack to hold a larger rack. Or a larger rack that will bolt on to top of forks and possibly clamp onto front forks. The fork X member below headlight may also be a great place to secure attaching hardware. Need suggestions to accomplish this, Please.

Glad to be a cycle owner once again. Started riding in 1969 on CA learners permit on a Honda 450 Scrambler, when i was 15 1/2, bought with my own money doing paper routes & mowing lawns. Read bio to see more about all the Hondas i have been privileged to own.

Ride On !!! and be a credit not a debit & May Health as well as Wisdom Prevail in your everyday life !!!
