NEw from TX~!
Wasap everyone!! new here from T.X just got a SWEET 84 70cc Atc. I'm hoping with some help from this site i can get it Way above average condition.
I have some Questions and would be very grateful if anyone could help me!
I got this little trike off Craigslist for 150$ and a 21" mower. it runs pretty good having some trouble with the chain. Makes lots of noise after 2nd gear.
Any pointers ?? maybe its not the chain?
Also seems like when i punch it from a stop it kinda popstaps pows i kinda have to feather on the throttle at first. is this Carb adjustments ? i haven't done anything yet.

Also adjustment specs such as
Valve lash some people say 002 some say 003.. whats the deal ?
Tricks of the trade on Timing settings? chain tension for timing chain or ??? timing advances ? Point setting ?
Also PARTS ??? were are they ? wanting to add some HP if i can relatively cheaply
Port and polish ??? do's or donts ?
Gear shifting problems: It doesn't like to come out of gear and into neutral sometimes its tuff going into gear is this a adjustment or bad clutch ? were can i get a clutch ?
i found some links to a book download for these trikes but couldn't get any to work ?
i have done some googleing but not found many sites for parts and such and links or help would be Awesome!
Oops. yea im the new guy lol names steve i live in Tx from Cali and all my child hood we rode Atc's. Mosty i rode a 200x, also had 110 So jumped on the opportunity when I found this trike they seem hard to find in these parts.
I plan to buy a couple more if i can find them,
