I thought trials riders got points taken off for putting their feet down? LOL Rokons will hold gas in the wheels if you have the right wheels. Rokons are fun, but they ride like a buck board! LOL And to get fuel from the wheel, you use a "West Virgina Credit Card"....A Siphon hose or a squeeze bulb hose. LOL My 85 bw200 is kick start only and I prefer it that way. Those batteries on the electric start machines always went through the worst conditions and would fail at the worst possible times. I just never cared for the fat cat.

Ha ha Pat, my dad used to call a piece of hose an "Arkansas Credit Card" and a Crescent Wrench an "Arkansas Socket Set".

Yea, rokons are still being made, 3 models. The company was sold twice i think and a lot of records were lost but they just discussed this topic on rokonworld. one guy said 25,000 and another said between 60-90,000. Mine s a 69 and they made over 2000 that year so i could see how there could be 60,000 around.

the steering is similar to that of a fat cat or bw, you really don't notice the 2x2 too much. I know i lost points but i had too much air in my tires and the picnic table was slippery! Thats my story and i'm sticking to it

so how do we find info on 3 to 2 wheel fat tire conversions?

Seems a shame but I could sacrifice a frame or 2.

I personally think all those missile and astro kits are junk. If you want a dirtbike or quad just buy one, don't ruin what remaining trikes we got left

Missile kits do not ruin trikes...they can easily be put back on 3 wheels. No frame mods.

Yea, i'm trying to at least. Some cheesey puff eating computer bully went on a flagging crusade against me, apparently my rokon isn't a recreational vehicle but it is a motorcycle. I drive it at least once a week and get worried that i'm going to break the transmission so i'd like to get a newer one. They stopped using this tranny in 71 i believe and some of the parts are obsolete.
