84 ATC 200ES BR spark issue; looking for a pdf service manual for a ATC 250 ES BR

Hello, first time user.

I have a 1984 Honda ATC 200 ES Big Red I picked up with no spark. I dont really know where to start. Ive been told it could be anything from the coil to the CDI box. Could someone give me a hand?

Also, Im looking for a downloadable manual in a pdf form for my 1985 Honda ATC 250ES Big Red. I bought it and its got a bad rattle in it, thinking its a loose timing chain? If someone could help me out that would be great.

Yes, you have been told correctly, could be anything and possibly a combination of some issues that will greatly compound the "fix".
I just went thru a head ache of a running trike, not running. Buyer cold started it, rode around the yard left idling and was right about the time money should have been exchanged and it just stinking quit.
LOST spark, really what the heck.
Let it set a couple of weeks due to Tee-Total embarrassment, traced it down to faulty spark plug wire (how a spark plug wire gives up at a idle is beyond me but it did).
So yeah, start (simple) at off/on/off switch with multi meter and work your self down to each component once you get ahold of manual info on here.
Don't over look the plug wire like I very recently did.
