ok so bought a 12:1 piston because my other stock one smoked but ran great. so i get it all buttened up and every two or so kicks it acts like it wants to starts but sputters out . i brang it in my garage and pulled my cdi thinking it was 180 off but it wasnt it was fine :/ i did realize i forgot to gap my pulser coil plate and it was really far apart so i gapped it to .12 like the manual sais and i havnt had a chance to try to crank it again . i think i got my cam timing right , this is what i did i put the piston at tdc while assembling it then put my cam in with the little punch hole straight up with the little key hole for the pulser coil at about 11 o clock did i do this right please help thank you.
