Powder Coated Parts For yeagerb's Flat Track 200x Build

Here are a few parts I coated for Brendon (yeagerb) I think they turned out pretty nice. Glad I got to contribute to such a nice build.

Thanks fella's. If anyone needs any small parts done let me know. I can pretty much fit anything but swingers, axles, and frames in my oven.

Calipers are easy, you just have to tape them off.

It's the nooks and crannies that can be difficult sometimes.....

Nice powder on those parts BKM!!

Yes sir. I have a small blast cabinet. Basically if it will fit in my cabinet it will go in my oven.

Thank you sir and yes its all about taping and finding the bolts to cover up any threads. I also have found with the nooks that the lower the air pressure the better the coverage. At first my air was to high and I was blowing the powder out of the nooks with the gun itself.

Thanks guy's. I can definitely see the need for a bigger oven in the near future. I would love to get setup for electroplating in the future, but I need to get a better powder operation going first.

Just a few more parts. The rotors are bead blasted and cleared in the center.
