Thanks for the info guys! That rust seal stuff looks like the perfect product for the job.

1982 ATC200E "Hondie"
1988 TRX300FW "Project Quad" Still in progress....
Ok, so today was the last day of this school year, so I decided to start sprayinig my wheels today. I wanted to get them done, but it started raining, so that shut things down. I know 110's didn't come with gold wheels, but I like the look of the anodized 250r wheels, so I went with the closest Rustoleum to the color that Honda used. It came out pretty nice.
When I started
As you can see, they weren't looking that good. So, I will be using this to refinish them
I only got the front of this one done, but I stuck it on for photos
So, you can see where this is going. I'm planning on finishing them tomorrow. After that, I'll stick them on for some photos, but be prepared for a solid stream of updates starting on Monday. I'm stripping it to the frame then, and moving everything to the 83 frame, where it belongs. Also, be prepared for a good explanation on how to repair and paint plastics, as that's on the top of the list to be done. That's all for now!
If I can restore this piece of junk, anything is possible.

Standing by for updates...

So, I got the wheels done today. As usual. I forgot most of the the in progress photos, but who really wants to watch Rusty Metal primer dry... Anyway, here are the few that I took.
First, I finished up the rears, and pulled the front
And then shot the front
I also resprayed the front axle and the fork extenders
This is the correct front fork for the 83.I sprayed some sealer on it today, and can hopefully spray it next week.
Headlight Bracket, before respray
Right Rear
Assembeled, on stands
The Final Result
So, that's i for today, and probably for this weekend. Most likely, I'll ride the crap out of it in the next 2 days, since it'll be the last ride for a few weeks. Monday, everything comes off the 81 frame to go to the 83 frame. Also, the motor's coming apart, for a top end, shifter rod replacement, and gaskets. If I get the tool I need, the plastic repair will begin soon as well.
If I can restore this piece of junk, anything is possible.

So, I took my last ride on my ATC in its current state. The oil leak is getting bad, there was a trail of dripping Castrol GTX and Rotella T following me on my ride, and it smokes like a two stroke. I'm hoping for it to be completely disassembeled by tomorrow night, and I'll probably pull the top end. Hopefully, I can have the frame as a roller by Wednesday, as I have the front fork ready to spray, and have the paint.
It all starts tomorrow morning...

Its time. I walked out into my driveway, and this was there
Since I let it set there overnight, you can see some of the issues that it has
As you can see, it leaks oil bad, and has a leaking tire. Plus, the smoking issue, and the fact it's an 81 frame with all 83 componets. This gave me an excuse to start the teardown
I may have the motor torn down by tonight, but if not, it should be here tomorrow morning.
]
Since then, I've got the other frame setting on a table, awaiting the rear axle componets that I am currently refinishing. Also, the front fork will probably be sprayed tomorrow, so that I can get the frame up as a roller. There will be another update in 2-3 hours, so keep watching!

Ok, I'm a little over the 3 hours, but I do have some progress to report. As of now, the front fork is currently hardening. Around 2 hours ago, I sprayed it. This is the same paint I'm going to use on the plastics. So, onto the photos
Before spraying
The "Booth" If you can call it that
Refinishing products
Paint
After spraying
I'm going to get some better photos later once the fork is on the trike. Hopefully, It will be a roller by tonight.
So, keep watching for an update this afternoon!

I hate to say it, but that isn't the same mower, though it looks almost identical. What I had in that photo was a rear engine Craftsman that I was trying to flip. You don't see many Cadet's like yours, and it looks good by your 110.

The one peeking out from under the tarp looked soo close. I thought there was a bizarro yard like mine out there.
Ok, so I've been lacking in updates, but this should make up for it. Today, I needed to get a lot done, as I have to go to a family member's wedding, which is inconvienty 10 hours away in D.C., and everyone wants to see the sights on friday, so forget about any more progress for this week. Anyway, here is what I did today, First, I tried to remove the bore, but got nowhere, it wouldn't come off. So, I went ahead and installed the rear axle
And then statred to assemble the rest of the frame
Front fork installed
Eventually, 3/4 of a can of PB later, the bore finally came off, but not easiy. Let's just say most shops wouldn't like the way I used the rubber.
I unfortunately have pitting in the cylinder walls, so it looks like I'll be going to the machine shop.
With Wiring Harness
And just because I could...
So, that's it for this week. Next week should be the machine work, plastic repair, amd hopefully some parts in the mail. However. after that, there's going to be a week and a half off to go see some famly in Louisville, but a friend I know up there is coming down to run field day with me, and will be here all week. He's a die hard quad guy, so I'll have to convert him.
That's all for now.

Ok, so I'm back from the trip, and there was a good amount of progress today. First, the bore is now at the machine shop, and unfortunately will need to be overbored, probably 2 oversizes. After that, I went to harbor freight and picked up this
I've never done plastic welding before today, so I get to learn something new. So, here's what I have to fix
Removig someone else's repair...
After this, it statred pouring rain. So, I didn't get any more photos. However, I did start bonding the fender back together, and was making good progress until it got dark, and that's the other reason I don't have any more photos of it. Tomorrow, I'm going to finish bonding the fender together, and hopefully block it, followed by etching primer.
