Looks to be complete and decent condition with some new parts. Nice find, especially cheap. I'm betting the pull starter was worth more than you paid. I would have scooped that up for sure. Around me it seems 90% of ATC70s for sale are 83-85. I RARELY see any of the 3 speed years at all.

I picked up a 79 a couple weeks back and you are right most of the time they seem to be the 83-85 models.

I normally do not post what I paid but in this case it was $50, a smokin deal for sure. The motor is not frozen and has compression. The pull start alone is worth at least what I paid. New Maier fenders go for about $180....new seat cover, seat foam.....

The fairing could be from an 80's xr dirt bike... I have a crappy one, but the straps fit onto the 70 forks perfectly... easy way to put a headlight on your 70 or 90/110.
