It's a Suzuki ALT, either a 125 or a 185. Looks like a 125. Not that common, but equally not that valuable. Tippy, slow, unreliable, and prone to having carb side primer issues and recoil trouble. I'll never own one again. Fuel tank is under the seat, right next to the tire.

Front fender is honda as well, and by the looks of it the front wheel/brake is too. Hell, maybe the whole front end. The rear wheels don't look Suzuki either.
