    I paid $150 for mine with a locked up engine and sold the gas tank for $220 plus $35 shipping. So if anyone buys this you can recoupe most of your money just on the gas tank.

    I'm not sure. I checked what they were bringing on ebay and price mine accordingly. And someone bought it. My guess is, it seems most are faded and discolored. Just imagine what a Tecate tank that was not discolored would bring.

    I should have specified a green tank, The red ones dont discolor all the way through like the greens. I sent my red Tecate tank to Mr Clean for some polishing. It looks amazing now, but that's not even an option for the green tanks.

    atv innovations sold an 86 tank not too long ago that was super nice,I think it went for 800.00 or so
