I'm new to the forums, but I am having several headlights made by a plastic fabricating company. The headlights are for a 1987 Honda 200x. I was wondering if anybody would want to purchase them from me. I won't be putting the ordering for a few days because I wanted to see if anyone wanted one.

Yes, please post pics. If it fits the 87 200x it will also fit the 86 200x and 1 year of the 250r - 86 I think. How about some details about the shell? Colors available? Cost? How are the lenses attached to the plastic shell?Originally Posted by Xander

thats pretty beat up to make a mold out of.......what company is doing this for you.....how many are they making you order to make up for the cost of repopping a new mold

Sorry I misunderstood you. I am well aware of what the original looks like and how the lens attaches to it. I thought you had a reproduction one already made.

No I haven't made one yet, and I thought I would order a bunch and see if any one would want them but the company said it would cost $20,000 to make the mold, and I don't know if there are enough people to buy them to balance it out so I am sorry, I will not be putting in an order unless enough people say they want one for the right price, once the mold is
made, I can have as many made for a little amount.
