I am going to post this up for our members to review and let you guys decide what’s going on with this guys auctions.
atcrider89 ( enterprise909 on ebay) likes to post his ebay links to his parts here and on .org. He starts a thread with parts for sale, then an hour later they’re on ebay. I’ve been watching his auctions because some of the bidding seems fishy. This is what I’ve found:
There are two bidders who seem to like atcrider89’s items. A LOT.
First there is “l***b”(100% bid history over 30 days), the second one is “p***p”(85% bid history over 30 days)
Both bidders never seem to win much and if they do their feedback numbers never increase, nor does atcrider89 receive any feedback from either bidder. Along with that, items these two have won end up back up for auction.
p***p has placed 42 bids on 16 items and only bids with 2 other sellers show up on the 30 day history:

p***p won the Cobra exhaust on July 2:

It’s been relisted twice since then:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=251117222699
l***b’s 30 day bidding history is 100% with atcrider89. His bid history is actually longer than 30 days since I started watching these auctions. Ebay only allows access to the previous 30 days. In the last 30 days l***b has placed 60 bids on 14 items, and until recently never seems to pull off a win, just barely getting eeked out by a different bidder.
l***b 30 day bid history:

Recently l***b won a couple items. This complete rear brake system:

That was then relisted 2 days after l***b won it. It was won by a different bidder this time, but l***b was bidding on it again:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=261068116493
Also recently, l***b won the Coffman exhaust that atcrider89 had listed a couple of times, once allegedly because of a non paying bidder l***b bid on it when the alleged non payer did:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=261063656621
l***b won it on the relist. (A 3WW member was the second highest bidder on this go around, and was sent a second chance offer by atcrider89, but declined. I’ll let him chime in if he wants, as to why he declined:

Yet the Coffman exhaust was relisted again, ending last night. This time p***p was bidding:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p4340.l2565&rt=nc&i tem=261068112816
This item was won on the 19th, (p***p was a bidder):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=261069915913
But was relisted Friday, p***p was a bidder again, but he won this time:

1986 TRX 250R sold on July 19:

Relisted Friday, with l***b bidding:

All of his relists are the same parts, same pics, same description.
So if p***p won the Cobra exhaust and was a non paying bidder, causing atcrider89 to relist, why was p***p allowed to bid on these newer items?
Also, if l***b was the winning bidder on the Coffman exhaust and a non payer, why was he allowed to bid on more recent auctions like the TRX 250R? A much more expensive item?
Like I said, it’s up to you guys to decide. To me the two bidders, along with the relisting of items won by them seems suspect. I just don't want to see members be the victims of shill bidding.
