Decode Vin possibly?

Can anyone help me decode my vin?

I am wondering what year it is?

I think it is a 1981

I also have the motor number from the left side of the engine.

TB05E - 2032857

I beleive it is out of a different trike. Since it has Hi and Low.

Anyhelp would be great.

it is a honda.

I am pretty sure the bike is a 1981 atc 200. But I am having a hard time finding out about the motor. I gave the number to a honda dealer and they didn't know either.

is there any other place there will be the VIN? There is a number on the left side of the frame by the forks. but its 13. I have checked multiple times and its still only 13. But everyone tells me there should be 17.

I found out the motor is an 81 200. But every where I have read they state that the 81 didnt come with hi and low. Any suggestions?
