when i right click it the copy doesnt work cause its not lit up ? but right under it copy shortcut is ? will that work ?

You need to highlight the address of the ad, hold your left mouse button and drag it over the address, then either right click and choose copy or hit the CTRL and C key to copy. And then in your thread, either right click and choose paste or hit the CTRL and V key to paste.
