Thread: Just put a 200x tree on my 110

    do you have limited stearing even with the krimped tank ends and did you sleeve the 110 stem to fit the 200x stem base or weld on the 200x fork stem tube

    The steering is some what limited but so far hasn't hindered......I machined a adapter and it uses the 110 stem and worked out well

    i take it you welded on steering stops then to prevent any tank damage. a far as the adapter that serves as a bushing did you weld it to the stem or just clamp every thing together in the base. buy the way looks really good and tough, trying to get mine done also just need a blue 200x front fender and headlight.

    The adapter was welded to the 110 stem!.....I don't have stops yet.....Thats in the works

    I'm wanting to do this to my 200e, could you make me something that would allow a 200x or similar front on it? I'm desperate! I'd kill to be able to use a front max or similar tire and have a front end that more forgiving over bumps and a little lighter... Feel free to text/call 276-780-1828
