82 atc 200s engine swap

Hey everybody! I'm about to buy an 82 atc 200s and was hoping I could swap the engine for a new lifan 200cc. I've read about the little 70's being swapped, but I haven't heard about any 200's. Any input?

I heard someone put one of those motors in a 200x. The 200s bolts right into the 200x with no problem.. meaning they more than likely do. I'm of course not 100% sure but my guess would be yes.
