Has anyone installed a Ceet seat cover on an oem 84-85 Tecate Seat Pan and Foam?

I bought what was said to be a 84-85 oem style seat cover from a member here a year or so ago and have finally got around to putting it on. Well this thing just looks like there is no way its made for the oem foam. The cover is stitched and seamed and the Tecate seat pan does not go all the way up the front of the foam like a 250r or 350x does,

The cover is stitched up top like the pan should go all the way up the foam. Kinda like a honda cover. The front of the cover looks like it needs to have a pocket for the foam to fit in and then staple to the pan.

If anyone has installed one of these I'd love to hear from you

EDIT: After looking at some pics of 2nd gen's with a ceet cover's, this almost definitely looks to be 2nd gen.

it goes to the high flite seat on 84=85

No it doesn't. I have a Hi-Flite seat on my bike and it is nothing like it. Hi-Flite seat covers are made by Hi-Flite, not Ceet.

It seems to fit an 86 tecate pretty well. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it but while doing some work in the garage I looked up in pain(after a good knuckle buster)and seen I had a seat that I forgot about tucked up on the rafters. So it worked out perfect.Thanks again Bryan

Where did you get that UniTrack sticker on the rear fender? Thats the only sticker I need to complete my new fenders.
