I did my own port n polish a few months ago on a few of my tri z jugs: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...=Wrench+report

There are some things I did not post up, raising the exhaust and polishing. I tried a few different sanding wheels, buffers and aluminum polish. It would be cool to see others port work, and other methods of polishing. After getting the basic tools to get started myself it was not so difficult to do at all. I have yet to run those cylinders, not much free time lately.

I talking about sanding and polishing the outside of the cylinder and head to make them match other pieces on the motor. Thanks

You need about $200.00-$300.00 worth of electric or air operated polishing tools and bits etc. Find them online.

To polish chrome you need a $600.00 bench mounted polisher and polish. If you just want to clean it use #0000 steel wool.

Oh I misunderstood what you wanted to have polished, I was thinking something else. Ok the easiest way to get anything polished is to have Greg King from GKing Polishing do it for you. He does awesome work, there are some threads showing his work on the forums. His contact info is in this thread:

I had my Tri Z's clutch and billet stator polished recently and it came back with a mirror finish. Did you engrave that stator yourself?

No, I didn't do the engraving. I bought it from a guy in Ca. I think Trinity Racing had it do a few years ago.
Thanks for the link. I just need a head and cylinder done to try to match these pieces when I get it together.
