    transporting the trikes

going camping this weekend. I am pulling a pop up with the silverado. I have the 4 door with the small bed. I have a 200m and 110. Can't run with the tailgate down and the trailer.

I can't up end the 110, it will leak gas.

Any suggestions on how to get both into the truck bed?

    Thanks DIESEL

I would suggest fixing the gas leak, or take the gas tank off, or draining the gas, or hanging them over the bedsides.

I got a new carb for it (with a new petcock) but even in the off position, it still leaks out the airbox. I am not spending any more money on the POS. if it dies in the woods, I will leave the signed title in the little tool box and post coordinates it will be free.

I am going to monkey around with fittment tonight. Maybe I can tip the 200 up. I really don't want to mess up the paint on the truck.

I think draining the gas and standing them both on the rear grab bar is your best bet.

I know the bed is pretty small, but couldn't you back one in and wedge the other in facing forward? I've got a 6 1/2 bed on my f-150 and I fit a 350x and a 250r in there with the gate closed. If they need to hang off just a tad take the tailgate off.

I am going to see what I can do this evening. I don't have ramps, so it's just old school pure muscle getting them in there

I fit a 350x and a 250r one in each direction on my S-15 flat bed which is around 6x7. Two 250 big reds were a very tight fit though.

If your axels are in good shape and don't mind a little work, pull the axel out of one or both of them, makes them take up a lot less room, just don't forget to tie stuff down so the wind don't take the fenders or anything. I have hulled most models of 3 wheelers in my car by taking the rear axel out, handle bars loose/off, and foot pegs, sometimes the front tire and just plop it in my back seat (which is removeable) Fenders fit on top, front wheel goes next to me in the front, pull the 2 tires off the axle and all that fits in the trunk no problem. I hulled 2 machines at once, but the one didn't even have a rear axel (where i got the idea from), and neither had plastics. If I can hull two atc110s in my car at once you can fit them in your truck somehow lol.

Just like on an atc 70, you can shut the fuel off but it wont stop the fuel since the valve is not on the tank itself.

I don't have this issue since I don't own a truck, but perhaps stand the 200 with its front tire on the truck roof, then 'doggy style' the 110 on top with its front wheel on the 200 seat.

Fix the fuel issue or drain the 110 tank for the trip, the build some kind of cradle for the truck roof to protect it..

Strap it well and happy trails.

Yup one forward and one backwards, Ive had 2 250rs with nerfs on in the bed of my short box dodge pickup. You should be fine! Bugger of it is lifting one in backwards by yourself!
