Luckily I'm not driving this death machine but I know there are some fast machines out there. Trish and grasshopper worry me for sure and I'm hearing rumors raffas got a "shot" of something up his sleeve. Jeff won't be at tf but I can drag him later to find out where he would place. I've ridden his machine and it pulls like a moto. It sheered a rear sprocket off in the ice it pulls so hard down low. Will be launching the monsta this weekend for the first time in full drag mode with the 84 front end.. Will have an update for all at that point. If the plus ten don't work I got stuff to make a plus 24" if need be

You guys aren't even accounting for the fast guys who aren't on the boards. I know of one green monster that pretty much will own everybody if it shows up and he ain't on the boards much at all.

Jason Hall also has a 500 but I'd be more concerned about getting beat by his 450. it's no joke.

It's been said again and again, 500cc's are not the drag race end all, lots of 310s and 330s that are faster, speaking of 330s, there another one of those I can think of that will give everyone a hard time probably going to be there as well.

If mark shows up with his tecate, he'll most likely win

I'm thinking a little like Louis. 250, 310, 500, 1200......what really matters is, who's machine is set-up best for the conditions and most of all ..... consistency! No matter how big and bad your machine is if you wheelie, bobble on the start or miss a shift.......you're likely eliminated.
I also agree with them on Marks Tecate. I saw it there a few years ago. He launched shifted twice, shut it down and coasted across the finish line and still beat everyone. Awesome!!!

Does that include the bored out 500's Like grass hopper's 540 or are we saing just STD bore 500cc trikes (and Raffa's 490?) Perhaps a grudge showdown at some point of just the 500 for fun like thursday afternoon? Great shake down for the machines anyways

The same thing I was thinking. The way I read it the winner would be the one to make it the furthest in the eliminations. I don't think I stand a chance with only a +2 swinger but stranger things have happened. I took 1st last year at a local race on a stock tecate. 250-400cc 2 stroke so i'm sure you can guess the quads I was up against. That was E.T racing though, not heads up. I know there is a new starting system at TF this year but I'm not sure if there is a trap at the end of the track to determine times or if it's still first across the line. E.T racing is all about reaction time and much faster bikes can be eliminated If they don't know when to launch with a with a drag tree.
