ok so i got an 86 200x barn find. fixed the carb changed the oil and rode around some. now my problem
my tranny wont engage i pulled the cover off and everything seems to be intact. nothing loose nothing looks broken can anyone help me out?

Hi and welcome Paul! Is there anything more you can tell us other than the tranny wont engage? I mean is the shifter frozen in place? Did the shifter go up and then stay up? Did you hear any noises before it stopped engaging? How's your oil, any metal shavings in it?

I would check out the clutch if its been sitting for a while, sometimes the disks stick together.
