Get a hold of Broncobeast. I believe he just picked up a 2nd gen with a Westcoast arm on it.

I've never seen a 2nd generation Westcoast swingarm but I imagine it is similar to my first generation (see pics). The only difference is probably the lower shock mount is offset to the side a bit, otherwise they are interchangeable. I have a 1st generation CAL-FAB on my 87 Tecate and it works, although the strut is at a bit of an angle (see pics).

There's a t3 on ebay right now with a westcoast. But it has a weird rear shock setup
Saw that shock set up. That was interesting.
1st and second gen are not very similar. First Gen looks like above, second gen is tapered and resembles the 250r models

Wow, never seen the second generation Westcoast swingarm before. The design is a lot different than the first generation. It looks like a modified 250R.
I am asking because i was ready to place a bid on ebay for a kawasaki tecate with a lot of goodies. The only problem seemed to be that the swinger was really in bad condition. Other than that it had Motoplat ignition, durablue axle, nice pipe, oem plastics and 3sets or rims/tires.There was just one bid for 2000$. Do you thing it was a worth price? Maybe i should bid on? What do you think Tecate guys?

To bad he welded another shock mount on a rare Westcoast swingarm. If you get it hopefully the damage can be undone.
