    Actually in that situation I believe that the survival section of the AAA handbook suggests that you just eat the JB Weld while waiting for help to arrive.

    JB Weld brand assembly lube,,,

    Piston must have come apart so they put it back together
    too many bikes to count. too little time on hand.

    I agree.

    I was in the middle of Little Sahara, OK. I had the JB weld, a 10mm wrench, and a screw driver. The boot itself was in poor condition and already been 'repaired.' I'll be the first to admit it was a pretty shameful cob job.

    I posted about putting JB weld on my klt250 vacuum tube that goes in the intake boot a while back. Worked great
