Found new NOS front brake line for 1985 honda ATC 250R

Was doing my usual rounds looking for old NOS OEM ATC or TRX honda 250R when I was shocked today called a dealership in Davenport Iowa, Hawkeye Motorworks and did my usual thing and last part number I gave him 45126-ha2-003 front brake line 1985 ATC 250R. And he tells me he has one, Matt in parts dept even sent me pics it has been in their inventory for years and sold it to me dirt cheap. Cant believe it all these years just sitting there.Click image for larger version.

I mean when you try and install it.... The plastic has to make the bend.

I don't think it will ever be installed! I think I am going to hang that brake line in my office along with my other rare Honda and Hondaline parts i have now.

Was the top cover supposed to be that dark in color? Reason I ask is I have a really nice one like that but refused to install it because I thought it looked aged. If they do indeed look that way I will run it.

Yes it has changed color, Matt told me it has been sitting in parts room in a tube unbent for over 20 years. So yes just like it would age installed on any 250r it is deteriorating or dis coloring sitting in tube as we speak
