    ninja 250r motor in a honda 200x

    I. Just bought a 200x for 250 and now the motor head is cracked so I have a ninja 250r motor and was wondering if I should put this into the 200x frame or if I should just rebuild the 200x motor what gains do I get and what all would I have to modify I have a welder plasma cutter and everything to do the mods

    What year is your 200x. I would rebuild the x you can get a top end on eBay or someone on here might have one for sale.

    It would be pretty difficult.. a lot more difficult then buying a new head for 100 bucks off ebay. You'd have to gusset the heck out of the frame, chop up the frame. I don't know anything about bikes but i can bet its not air cooled so you'd have to make a spot for the radiator as well.

    Throw that motor in some quad frame or a bigger frame like a 350x/250r if you want to stay with 3 wheels.
