I saw a Cal Fab swing arm today finally!

So I drove up to northern Az today to spend time with my wife and a friend calls me to come over he wants to show me his 86 Kawasaki Tecate 250.Well I see it shows me all the new plastic he has and then my jaw falls to the floor a Cal Fab swing arm. I have personally never seen one and now my buddy has been holding this thing out for years.
Too make matters worse he tells me stay here want to show you another surprise, he brings out a set of west coast honda 4x110 hubs he bought on a junked out atc 250r.Click image for larger version.

the worst part of this he told me he found the kawasaki 250 with cal fab swing arm in Yuma Az.
For months my part guy at local honda dealership has been telling me "you need to go to Yuma Az to find a Tecate" My parts guy worked at Liberty Honda in Yuma Az and grew up there and he said different guy would buy parts for 86-87 T-3 and T-4 tecate parts all the time.

Are the hubs cast aluminum? I do not remember West coast making them 27 years ago.

Keith those hubs are made from steel and this is the 3rd pair I have seen in 25 years.
