Swap Meet / Flea Market in Eastern TN

Been kicking around the idea to hold a 3 wheeler,4 wheeler, ATV and motorcycle only swap meet / flea market. I would hold it on my property in Eastern TN. Been thinking of doing this for 4 years, This year I may give it a try. Just need to figure out all the ins and outs. I have done Thousands of auctions but never a swap meet / flea market. I am going to look at my calendar and see when I might be able to pull this off. Anyone interested in helping or giving me your 2 cents, That would be Awesome.
Do you think it would work? or just a waste of time with the capabilities of the internet??

I personally like the idea, but think logistics will be the only obstacle. I hate listing stuff for-sale on the interwebs and would much rather lay out all my crap on a table and haggle the old fashion way. Unfortunately, what ever I made on parts, I'd have to put in the gas tank to get me home.

Here in western KY where I live I used to go to Moon`s Cycle to get chopper and bike bits back when I was building hardtail bikes. His place was way out in EightyEight (yes its an actual town name) at his house address. He would have swapmeets right in his yard with pretty good success so I know it can be done. As long as it was open to ATVs 3 or 4 and dirtbikes and even UTVs I would guess after the first one or two get off the ground it could very well be a regular successful thing. Too far for me to drive though but I think its a great idea as long as you have advertising covered to bring the crowd to you.

My good friend Tommy, started his own bike swapmeets and car/bike swaps and shows back a few yrs ago and now its evolved into a huge thing in Lebanon, Franklin, Shelbyville, Clarksville and metro Nashville.....he started and hosts the Spring Thaw and the Redneck Rumble just to name a few....I know its custom cars and bikes show/swap but theres as big a niche crowd into offroad and atvs as there are for rods and bikes. JMO.
