Nice job toast. Those look really nice. Hairy, the od is 3.5 and the bolt pattern is the American kart 3x2.5. I turned a shoulder just like toast did to center the ring and used a center punch to mark the holes. I'm drilling and tapping these for 8mm 1.25 studs/bolts. I don't like the 1/4 kart bolts and actually broke one racing my 250r, so I drilled them out to 5/16-20 and never had a problem after that...
bkm thanks for the info. Instead of using '70 hubs I've got several pairs of cast steel '90/110 hubs and think there a thicker flange and give additional thread engagement.
