anybody know what the length of the collar tube in the swingarm is supposed to be? mine is pretty worn and beat up and id like to replace it.

PM bkm, I think you can get some delrin bushings to replace the bearings, collars and sleeves.
Here is a set installed in my 85R swingarm.

well you have two pivot bushing collars and one axle bearing spacer/collar . . all are available new at the site below . . prices are in british pounds.
the swing arm needle bearings are also available.

Disregard my measurements then, as they were for the collars, that ride inside the needle bearings, at the swingarm pivot point.
Honda calls it a, "Distance collar", part #42621-HA2-670. Service Honda shows it as being in stock for 23.28 in US $'s. It's item #1 on the parts fiche, but you probably already figured that out.
